State Meet Results are now complete

We have FINALLY uploaded the state meet results back to 1963 for the boys and 1974 for the girls.  Many of them have been scanned in from records that were somewhat faded.  We apologize if they are difficult to read.  I adjusted the contrast as much as I could before I uploaded them.  Enjoy!

How long does it take to receive the 2015 track book after you send the $20 dollars to the Shelton Thrower’s club?

I’m not sure. He’s usually pretty quick about it unless he’s out of town for some reason.

A little confused about the 1984 boys high jump results. I was there, pretty sure I jumped 6’4″ yet I’m not even listed. Where did these results come from?

The official results show you clearing 6-0 at state. (Scott is a reporter for the Yakima Herald-Republic and covers the meets each year. We pick up the official results at the big school meet and get the small school meets online.)

    Can these be viewed online?

    1. Yes. They are under the tabs at the top of this page (under the picture of the track) labeled State Meet Results. They are sorted by decade.

Why are there no results prior to 1974 for the girls?

    1. State meets prior to 1974, which were held in Goldendale, were not WIAA sanctioned. Still, at some point we would like to post those results, winners at least. Thanks!

Any idea on how to access state meet results from before 1963? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    1. Not that I’m aware of, but it is one of the many projects we hope to get to soon.
